An exterior staircase leads to this comfortable 1st floor apartment (130 qm) which has a south facing arched terrace with lovely views across the orchards to the surrounding landscape. The terrace – reached by a double wing door from the living room – is equipped with wooden garden furniture.

There is a spacious open plan sitting/dining room with a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5-flames-cooker, oven, large fridge with cooler, a good assortment of pots and pans, kitchenware, glasses etc. Separated through a hall are 3 twin bedrooms with extra length beds, a bathroom and a shower room.

All floors are made from tone, granite and marble, kitchen and bathrooms are nicely tiled and provided with counters from granite and marble. There is central heating in all rooms, and a cast iron fireplace in the living room.

There is WiFi and Internet access for your emails and Internet research (not for downloads of films, music or other large data volume, as it is a satellite access).
