Main House – Ground Floor.
An enormous ground floor apartment (238 q2) with a south facing terrace, equipped with wooden garden furniture, partly shaded by a large sun umbrella and reached by two double wing doors from the living room.
El PATIO is the largest apartment of the Finca, and its living areas and kitchen serve the whole Finca when it is rented by a large family or group.
Arches from the sitting room lead to a dining room and through to a huge kitchen, well equipped with crockery, a 6-flames-cooker with large oven, a large professional refrigerator, and dishwasher.
On the far side of the sitting room in a separate wing are 3 twin bedrooms (each with 2 extra length beds), one with an en suite bathroom, a second large bathroom with two wash-basins, and a separate WC.
All floors are made from tone, granite and marble, kitchen and bathrooms are nicely tiled and provided with counters from granite and marble. There is central heating in all rooms, and a cast iron fireplace in the living room.
There is WiFi and Internet access for your emails and Internet research (not for downloads of films, music or other large data volume, as it is a satellite access).
